This soul-nourishing mini retreat is an invitation to slow down, soften, and reconnect with your inner wisdom through gentle seated yoga, Human Design insights, and intuitive painting.
Together with the amazing Kristen Fagan, we’ve created a space where creativity meets clarity. Where reflection meets expression. And where you can step into a new beginning—grounded in who you truly are.
What makes this retreat unique?
We’ll begin with gentle seated yoga to regulate your nervous system and help you land in the moment. Then, using Human Design as a lens for self-awareness, we’ll explore what makes you energetically unique—your innate gifts, natural rhythms, and ways of moving through the world.
From there, Kristen will lead a beautiful portal meditation and journaling practice, followed by the start of your intuitive personalized portal painting—infused with the energy of your personal insight and a powerful reminder of the energy you want to embody in 2026.
Kristen will guide you every step of the way—no art experience needed, just your curiosity and open heart.
While the paint dries, we’ll enjoy a delicious light lunch in the garden provided by our host (and my dear friend) Caroline of Boho Farm. I’ll offer deeper insights into your Human Design during this relaxed meal.
As you return to the canvas, I’ll visit each guest for a brief one-on-one mini reading, sharing a unique element from your chart to help you embody your true design and move forward with clarity.
Whether you’re new to Human Design or already familiar with it, this retreat offers a deeper, more embodied way to understand and honor your energy.
