All purchases are final.
There are no refunds or reimbursements for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, failure to use the product, or dissatisfaction with results.
Because my offerings are digital and access is granted immediately upon purchase, I am unable to offer returns once a product has been delivered.
If in doubt — please don’t buy. Read the sales page carefully, sit with your decision, and reach out with any questions before completing checkout. I would much rather answer your questions beforehand than have either of us navigate a difficult situation afterward.
Payment Plans and Payment Defaults
Where a payment plan option is offered, you are committing to the full amount regardless of whether you complete or engage with the offering.
If a payment fails you will receive an automatic notification with instructions to update your details. A second attempt will be made 48 hours later.
If the second attempt fails, access to your purchase will be paused until the outstanding balance is resolved in full.
Repeated payment failures may result in removal from current and future offerings.
Intellectual Property
All content, meditations, recordings, frameworks, and materials within my offerings remain the intellectual property of Kerry Burki and collaborating facilitators where applicable.
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own personal growth and enjoyment.
You may not share, distribute, reproduce, resell, or gift access to any offering or its contents. This protects the integrity of the work and honors the energy that went into creating it.
Results and Limitations
I believe deeply in the power of this work. And I also want to be honest with you — your experience and outcomes depend entirely on your own engagement, openness, and effort.
Results are not guaranteed. Your journey is your own and I am here to hold space for it, not to determine it.
Kerry Burki’s total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount paid for that specific offering.
Privacy and Data
I collect only the information necessary to deliver your purchase — your name, email address, and payment details.
Your data is used to deliver your product, provide support, and send relevant updates. I use third party services including Stripe for payments and WordPress for delivery, each governed by their own privacy policies.
