🎨 A Soul Painting Experience with Kristen Kristen will guide you through her signature soul painting process — layered, expressive, and completely accessible no matter your experience level. You’ll create a 12×12 canvas (or any size you want) painting of your animal guide that is genuinely beautiful AND energetically charged with your intentions and insights. This is not a “follow along and copy” class — this is YOUR painting, your way, with Kristen’s expert guidance holding the space. You will relax and play with no sense of pressure – a gift to yourself!

Essential: — 12×12 canvas (or any size you want) — Assortment of paint brushes — Acrylic paint in your choice of colours plus black and white (Kristen loves Liquitex Basics or Artist Loft by Michaels — craft acrylics work beautifully too) — Pen and journal or paper — Clothes you don’t mind getting paint on 😄
Optional extras that add depth and texture: — Chalk, stamps, stencils, paint pens — Printer, scissors, glue or Mod Podge for collage elements

When does the workshop start? The moment you enrol! This is a completely self-paced experience — you choose your perfect Sunday afternoon, your rainy weekend morning, your creative Tuesday evening. It will be there whenever you’re ready.
How long does the workshop take? Plan for approximately two to three hours for the full experience — the meditation, journalling, and painting. Many women find they want to linger in the painting portion, so give yourself an unhurried afternoon if you can. There is no rush and no wrong pace.
Do I need any art experience? Absolutely not. Kristen’s teaching style meets you exactly where you are. Women who have never picked up a paintbrush have walked away with paintings they genuinely love. The soul painting process is designed for everyone — not just people who “think they’re creative.”
What if I don’t connect with an animal guide during the meditation? This happens sometimes and it is completely okay! Kerry’s meditation creates a receptive space but there is no pressure to have a specific experience. Sometimes an animal shows up immediately and powerfully. Sometimes something more subtle comes through — a color, a feeling, a memory. Sometimes you’ll find yourself drawn to research a particular animal afterward or you will start noticing one in your daily life whether on social media, in real life, or a book. There are so many ways to discover your guide! Trust whatever arrives, however it arrives.
