Learn an easy way to meditate when you are feeling frazzled or overwhelmed.

It is simple and effective.

Kind of my standard for tips and tools that I like to teach and share.

Simple Meditation

Choose a word that you know that you need right now. Like healing, growth, peace, happiness, strength, vitality, patience, etc.

Imagine that you are connecting the energy of your word while you meditate.

Set a timer or use your fingers to count.

Your words, your thoughts, and your energy are very important in how you experience your life.

It is easy to feel overwhelmed. It can also be easy to shift that feeling to something more positive. You just need a few things:

  • awareness that you need to shift
  • willingness to shift
  • taking the time to do the technique that creates the shift
  • knowing what helps you shift

Take time for yourself so you can shine bright!

Other word options are OM or the seed sound for each chakra:

Root = LAM
Navel = VAM
Solar Plexus = RAM
Heart = YAM
Throat = HAM
Third-Eye = OM
Crown = OM or silence

If you choose one of the above, then focus your attention on that chakra area during the meditation.

Otherwise, focus your attention on the third-eye chakra for all other words.
