Yoga Journal is one of my favorite magazines to receive every month. I love getting settled in to read about all of the positive ways yoga can affect my life and the ways it has affected others.
On their Facebook page, they asked their followers “What’s the best yoga advice you’ve received?” and then shared some of the responses in the May 2013 issue. They are all such great reminders that I just had to share!
