Do you have pumpkin seeds left over from carving jack-o-lanterns? This simple recipe from my sister-in-law will have you devouring them!
- Rinse and dry seeds thoroughly
- Toss with a teaspoon of oil.
- Sprinkle and toss with garlic, chili powder, salt & pepper.
- Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes, tossing every 5 min.
- Make sure they are as dry as possible before seasoning, so they crisped up better.
- Spray seeds with an oil spray before the last 2 minutes to prevent dryness.
