I’ve been feeling like so much is shifting and changing lately. How about you?

I’ve been intentionally on screens less and moving my body more.

To help us hold space for the changes happening in our lives and the seasons, I thought it would be nice to host a complimentary yoga class on Monday in honor of the Autumn Equinox.

AUTUMN EQUINOX YOGA 🍂

Date: Monday, September 23rd 2024

Time: 10am PT (11am MT - 12pm CT - 1pm ET) - please arrive a bit early so we can start on time.

Length: 1 hour and 15 minutes

Location: Zoom - link in stories and bio (A recording will be sent out after.)

Supplies: Yoga mat and blanket - optional: eye pillow/washcloth

Details: This will be geared towards all levels. Beginners welcome!

My intention is for you to feel more grounded and in tune with your inner magic.

I love the energy both before and after hosting a circle. 🌕

So grateful for the beautiful women who came, shared, and supported in such loving ways. 💕

The full moon is tonight at 7:30pm. Get outside and watch it rise if you can.

I missed it last night and was gifted with seeing the most amazing moonset this morning when dropping Isaak off at cross country practice.

The moon was HUGE! The biggest I’ve ever seen it. And orange. 🧡

Let this energy support you in releasing something that is no longer serving you.

Be gentle with yourself as you move forward at a higher vibration. 🌟

The full moon is next Tuesday, September 17th at 7

The full moon is next Tuesday, September 17th at 7:34pm in Arizona and it is my favorite one of the year! It is called the Harvest Moon and is usually so large and orange when it rises.

I encourage you to go find a place to watch it rise and then come home and do the ritual from Stellar Vibrations. I love using this site to find out the moon rise times.

To support the powerful energy of this moon (there is a partial eclipse happening too!), I am hosting 2 sharing circles on Monday and Tuesday of next week.

If you are feeling stuff bubbling up in your life right now, this is the place to be for support during this time.

We will gather online and in-person to discover where in your life this full moon is affecting you. We will meditate, ask for guidance, pull cards, and share what comes up for us in a safe and welcoming environment.

Then we’ll discuss how to do the Full Moon in Pisces Ritual in a way that bests supports you.

I met the owner, Cathleen, of @kayaholisticshop through @solsticewisdom, my co-author of Stellar Vibrations and am so grateful for our connection!

She hosted a Summer to Fall event and I set up with the printable oracle cards from my book, Tend To Your Vibration.

Customers sat down with me and I had them close their eyes, tune into their breath, bring an area of their life into their heart and then pick a card.

Each one was so perfect it almost seemed bonkers. I create space for very cool things to happen. Or as Cathleen put it, I create space for magic. ✨✨✨

Everyone wished I had a printed version of this deck to sell and I’d love to see if more people are interested.

I had the loveliest conversions that day. The sweet girl in the video pulled the new moon card which was perfect since she was starting school on the upcoming new moon.

I’ve been feeling like so much is shifting and changing lately. How about you?

I’ve been intentionally on screens less and moving my body more.

To help us hold space for the changes happening in our lives and the seasons, I thought it would be nice to host a complimentary yoga class on Monday in honor of the Autumn Equinox.
