I am so excited to share with you these chakra meditations that I made for my friend, Kimberly Kling of Joyful Roots to specifically to accompany her new Triple Spiral Chakra Oils!!

You can use these meditations as a set by practicing them in order with all three oils, or if you want a quicker meditation you can choose one of the oils and accompanying meditation to dive into that particular intention for the day.

I encourage you to check out her oils and all of her products! She lives on a ranch in southern Arizona and resources a lot of her ingredients from her garden. She has a passion for natural healing that I think you will adore.
You, however, do not have to have the oils to listen to the meditations. I would suggest picking a theme that you would like to feel and then listen to that meditation.
So often when we want to release something in our lives we look at it from a negative standpoint. I want to put a positive spin on things around here.
I shared the image above and then did a live video on Facebook and Instagram today to talk about Releasing during the Waning Moon phase. I chatted a bit about my intention that I set on the New Moon to create a membership site here called The Dreamcatcher Circle.
Turns out what I really needed to be willing to release this week was pressure on myself to feel like I always have to be on and always getting things done.
I have learned that things get released with more ease when I am gentle with myself and act in ways that make me feel good both mentally and physically.
Example: I got my period this week and I felt like going to bed at 7:30 the other night. I do this during every cycle now. I used to NEVER do this. I kind of felt crummy all day and could tell that my thoughts were going negative too.
Now that I have practiced self-care for years, I listen to my body. I told my family that in order to be the best version of myself, I need to go to bed early tonight. It did wonders for me.
My big tip is when you are feeling like a certain way of living needs to be left behind:
Go do something that makes you feel like the best version of yourself.
Yoga, skateboarding, going to bed early during my cycle, getting on live videos and being honest, are some of the things that help me.
Go do something that makes you feel awesome!!! It will help you raise your vibration which means you are now an energetic match for that next level of living you are striving for. You will do it with ease instead of struggle.
Plus, it will help you release “bad” habits, situations, and people without having to focus on them!
Now that is the type of living I am talking about!
p.s. Following the phases of the moon has helped me be consistent with this type of work yet I want you to know that everything I share helps at ANYTIME!!!
